We were delighted with NAMA’s performance in conducting the Exit and Tracking polling for the Parliamentary elections. All deliverables were submitted on time and were thoughtfully prepared. All personnel were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable when logistical or technical questions arose. Most importantly, the quality of the products was excellent, which provided outstanding insight into voter behavior and public opinion on the electoral process. Finally, the team was detailed oriented but also quite flexible when any reasonable special requests were made, which is always highly appreciated in a fluid, multi-stakeholder environment.
