MG (Ret) Dr. Rida Al-Btoush is one of Jordan’s leading national security experts. Dr. Al-Btoush served his country in managing critical national security programs. This includes the National Center for Security and Crises Management (NCSCM) where he was entrusted with the establishment of the NCSCM. Dr. Al-Btoush also led the National Border Security Program and Directorate of Military Intelligence Transformation. This program played a pivotal role in securing Jordan borders against terrorists, weapons and explosives trafficking and smugglers during a very difficult time related to regional instability. Dr. Al- Btoush was awarded Al-Hussein Medal for Superiority Class B for the accomplishment of this project.
